Refund & Cancellation Policy – Parfumix India
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them.
Please Note:

Refunds are only applicable for Creation Perfumes and Concentrated Oils.

Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned items.

A flat ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount as delivery/handling charges.

The cost and safety of the returned goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery method with tracking and insurance.
To ensure smooth processing:

Quote your Order Reference Number in all correspondence.

Include the original invoice with your returned parcel.
Refund Options

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (online payments via UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Customers may also return items in-store (Kozhikode outlet) to receive a cash refund.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

If the order has already been processed and dispatched, you must return the items to us before a refund can be issued. In such cases, the refund will exclude shipping charges.
Exclusions to the Policy

Discounted items and SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

During promotional periods, shipping costs are non-refundable (unless you received a faulty item).

For returns due to change of mind or wrong size/variant selection, refunds will be issued after deducting the actual shipping cost.
